Dancers' Career Development Center (SOUTH KOREA)
Dancers' Career Development Center (DCDC) is a foundation established under the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2007 for welfare and career development of dancers, and over 3,000 dancers have joined the Center as members.
The Center protects rights and Interests of dancers, and supports activities of dancers through the career transition Program for post-performance career development, the rehabilitation and injury prevention program, and the dancers' job market program which provides an open audition for dance companies and dancers.
DCDC introduced the Dance for PD program for the first time in Korea in 2017 to train instructors for domestic professional dancers. DCDC holds the PD class at DCDC MARU Dance Studio.
